All OrissaMarket Products listed within the collection (as may be varied from time to time) are available almost everywhere in Orissa and the selection may be limited to only those OrissaMarket Products that are specified as being available for delivery in your chosen destination.

All OrissaMarket Products are subject to availability.

In the event that we are unable to supply the OrissaMarket Product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as it is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full.

You will be given clear instructions to follow that will help you to navigate through the Order Form. You shall be required to provide us with the complete details, including telephone number, landmark of the recipient, and date & time of delivery. We accept payment by all major credit cards.

As soon as we receive your submitted order, we will send an e-mail confirming your order details and advising you that your order is being processed.

OrissaMarket Delivery Prices (Shipping Charges) will be applicable with in the delivery destination listed in dropdown menu. If you request delivery in remote areas, which are not covered by OrissaMarket, you will be advised to give us prior notice. For any additional charges you will be intimated accordingly.

For making the deliveries more effective we normally practice the method of taking appointment with the recipients so as to give the personal touch and take picture with the products/gifts, which is displayed on the www.orissaindia.com

In case of deliveries, which are meant to be, surprise or no pictures are to be taken kindly mention the same in the "SPECIAL INSTRUCTION BOX" in the order form. It will enable us to deliver the gifts to the recipients without any prior information.

On acceptance of your order you will be advised by e-mail confirmation of the tentative delivery date.

OrissaMarket ensures that all deliveries would be made whatever on Sundays or public holidays, only when orders are placed before that. An order placed on Holidays/Sunday cannot be guaranteed delivery on the same day.

Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery. So before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event of any delivery problem encountered.

Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that delivery will be on the intended delivery date you must acknowledge that in very occasional circumstances delivery on the requested terms may not be possible. In such circumstances you will be given prior notice and we shall either make alternative arrangements or shall reimburse your payment in full.

Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 48 hours before the intended delivery date prior to the intended delivery date.

To amend or cancel your order, please contact the OrissaMarket Customer Service Team from 9.30am to 6pm Monday to Saturday using the contact details set out in the customer service.

Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the OrissaMarket Site and/or the OrissaMarket Services are fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and therefore accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the OrissaMarket Site and/or the OrissaMarket Service and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the OrissaMarket Site and/or the OrissaMarket Service impossible or impractical.

We exclude, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, and save in respect of death or personal injury arising from our negligence, all liability of any claims, losses, demands and damages arising directly or indirectly out of or in any way connected with your use or inability to access the OrissaMarket Site and/or the OrissaMarket Service. This exclusion shall apply in respect of, without limitation, any costs, loss of profits, loss of contracts or business opportunity, loss of data and any other consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, whether arising in contract, under statute or otherwise PROVIDED THAT nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions affects or will affect the statutory rights of the customer or the recipient in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the goods supplied.

We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access to the OrissaMarket Site and/or the OrissaMarket Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the OrissaMarket Site and it is your responsibility as a customer to review any changes on accessing the OrissaMarket Service. Changes will be effective five (24) hours after the posting of any such change.

Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the OrissaMarket Site and/or the OrissaMarket Services for any reason at any time.

These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to include all other notices, policies, disclaimers and other terms contained in the OrissaMarket Site, provided that in the event of a conflict between any such other notices, policies, disclaimers and other terms, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. If any of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or enforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
